Fruit Muffin

Try this basic wholesome muffin to boost energy and satisfy cravings! Substitute the fruits for something you have at home!

2 c. mashed fruit (I used banana)

1 c. dried fruits (I used white mulberries and cacao covered goji berries)

1/4 c. hemp seeds

2 c. pastry flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

2-3 TBSP coconut oil

dash of cinnamon

First, mash the fruit in the bowl. Stir in the powder, soda, oil, and vinegar. Add flour, dried fruits, seeds, and mix well. consistency should be thick, chunky, and wet.

Lightly oil the top and bottom of the Delish treats muffin pans. Spoon Tablespoons into the maker and close for 7 minutes. When time is done, turn off the device and remove the muffin bites. Cool on a rack.

Makes 14 bites.

** I have not tried making these with a traditional oven. Heat appliances vary, and so will require a watchful eye to get it right with your device. I can suggest 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes.
