Here’s what you need, in order of appearance.
2-3 shallots – diced
2-3 cloves of garlic – diced
small piece of ginger – grated
2 small tomatoes – diced
chō goo – halved
2 generous spoons tom yam seasoning – I use the Blue Elephant brand
1/2 cup coconut milk
scallions – garnish
Optional: bok choy or noodles, or both!
